We provide martial arts (specifically Olympic style Tae Kwon Do) instruction to students of all ages and experience levels. Students are taught various self-defense and sparring techniques as well as forms (detailed choreographed patterns of movements) based on their current level of training. Classes are currently held three days per week and are 45-50 minutes long.
We enjoy teaching Tae Kwon Do to our students. We encourage our students to improve their physical fitness and self discipline. They also learn respect, perseverance, and build their confidence.
Students of martial arts benefit in a number of ways including increased fitness, mental focus, and discipline.
Tae Kwon Do students are separated into beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes and wear belts signifying ranks (gup for colored belts, dan for black belts).
Our school emphasizes a traditional system where students are required to be familiar with everything they have learned since they began.

Jade Dragon Martial Arts offers ongoing self-defense focused classes monthly (on the first Friday of every month) where students can learn and apply techniques in a safe, encouraging environment. We believe additional practice is important and investing the time to review and perfect your skills can build confidence and increase your abilities. Students can sign up for multiple classes, drop in, or schedule private individual or group courses.
